Shimon Feingold, an employee of the Jewish Agency was killed in Kiev, Ukraine. Feingold was killed after he approached a neighbor to complain about loud music. The neighbor, who was reportedly drunk at the time, allegedly hit Feingold in the head, causing him to fall and fatally injure himself on the stairs. Feingold’s death was not politically motivated
