Andrés Gustavo Malamud, 37, embodied strength and determination, focusing on creating a promising future for his wife, Diana, and their two daughters, Debora and Astrid. As an architect passionate about his work, Andrés had been overseeing the AMIA building renovation since March. On July 18, 1994, he arrived early to supervise the nearing completion of the project, only to be caught in the explosion that took his life along with 84 others.
